Sensory overload
My occasional visit to fairgrounds is always a challenge to my senses. The constant flood of acoustic and visual stimuli makes me, at least, feel increasingly uncomfortable. Added to this is the multitude of smells and the often impossible distance to other people, which makes walking through the area a trip through the hell of sensory overload. With this photo series, I have tried to visualize at least the visual stimuli and my feelings about them. I used long exposure and ICM as photographic tools.
